Our founder, Nicky, built QESH from the ground up after years of experience in admin, safety, and leadership roles across transport, civil construction, and retail.
With qualifications in Safety Management, HR, and WHS, as well as practical expertise in auditing, investigations, and workforce development, Nicky brings a calm, capable approach to compliance, grounded in genuine care for your business and your people.
